Welcome to the revival of Aesthetic Visions (AV)! This TCG is all about appreciating great artists and works of art from around the world. AV is currently Open! Feel free to poke around the site and send in a join form! :D
Aesthetic Visions(AV) is currently Open! It was opened on January 1, 2012, and is owned by El. It currently has 1700 cards in 85 decks, and there are a total of 14 players currently registered. AV usually updates on Sundays (GMT +8).
News and Updates
Hey everyone! I haven't forgotten about you! :D
I've been working on a couple of plans to convert AV into a semi-automated TCG, and here's a couple of things that will be happening:
- Manually updated games will either be removed, replaced, or turned into Monthly games.
- The forums will no longer be used, but some of the forum activities MAY be converted to site-hosted ones.
- Florins will remain, but the AV Card/Souvenir Shop will be hosted on-site, and will likely be updated manually once every two weeks.
- Deck releases will be done every other week instead of every week.
I think that's most of it. I'm currently working on the new games and trying to figure out how to tweak the rewards to make up for the reduced number of games.
Oh, and just so you guys can still get some cards and trade while the conversion process is on-going, you can grab five cards from "Regular Cards" section of the Randomizer per week until I'm done!

It seems that we've been losing many members without gaining any, and aside from that fact being very discouraging, I think my excitement about reopening this old TCG and all is starting to wear out.
Those of you who are still around and active, don't worry; AV won't be closing. I'll simply be converting this into a sort-of mini-TCG. This means that I'll probably be ditching most of the forum activities, as well as the games that require me to update them manually. I'll adjust the awards if need be, and I'll be checking in every so often to release new decks.

Hey guys! Sorry for the lack of an update - things have been getting hectic for me, especially since our poor old Labrador suddenly lost his eyesight. :( He's been developing cataracts for a while now, but we couldn't have him operated on because he's too old...and now they've robbed him of his sight completely. We have to keep a careful eye on him to make sure he's okay, and to assure him that there's nothing to be afraid of.
Anyhoo, hopefully I'll be able to come up with an update next week. In the meantime, please grab five cards from the "Regular Cards" section of the Randomizer as an apology from me. Don't forget to comment on what you took! :)

A new round of Art Trade is up, and the Art Auctions have been closed until further notice. Don't worry, though - I might open up the Souvenir Shop in February so you can start using your florins. :) Oh, and there are a few more cards left in the Card Graveyard, so if you haven't picked up any cards from there yet, go ahead and claim some!
Themed Masteries
Four of the themed decks have been completed! Go check them out and see if there's anything you'd like to start collecting! Don't start collecting the ones listed in the "Incomplete" section, though - even if some of them already have ten cards displayed, there's still a possibility that some of those cards may get replaced as I release new decks.
New Decks
Everyone may take 2 cards total, but they must be from different decks! Don't forget to comment on what you took. :)
