Profile
Raiha is an anime/manga character from the series Flame of Recca (Recca no Honoo). He serves Kurei as a loyal subordinate and friend, both as part of the Uruha Jyuushinshu and the Uruha Hokage. He fights using a ninja sword and some shurikens, but also owns the madougu (psychic device), Raijin.
His Past
Raiha is a descendant of the Hokage ninja clan, which was wiped out by an attack by Oda Nobunaga. His ancestors, fearing for their lives, fled the village during the attack despite the fact that most of their comrades opted to stay behind and fight. Raiha is ashamed of his ancestors' betrayal, but finds consolation in the fact that Kurei (the son of a Hokage clan leader) chose to accept him as a comrade despite his ancestors' treachery.
His Personality
Raiha in the anime series is shown to be serious at all times, but Raiha in the manga is more cheerful, and even childish at times. Although he often put up a light-hearted demeanor, Raiha does carry some emotional baggage with him; primarily to do with his past, his loyalty to Kurei, and his feelings for Fuuko and their madougu's "destined" battle.
His Appearance
With regard to character design, Raiha looks pretty much the same in the Flame of Recca anime, manga, and video games, but the colors used on him are different. In the anime series, he's often shown to have either dark blue/violet or black hair, and his outfit is also composed of a similar dark palette. His eye color varies in the anime, sometimes appearing as gold/yellow, and sometimes appearing as dark blue. In the manga and video games, Raiha is shown to have brown hair, blue eyes, and he wears a predominantly white outfit.
