Kurei
Kurei is technically Raiha's boss, but they are also good friends. Raiha is one of the people Kurei trusts the most, the others being Jisho and Neon, and perhaps even Joker. Raiha feels a significant amount of guilt because of his ancestors' act of cowardice and betrayal toward the Hokage clan, so Kurei's acceptance and trust mean a lot to him.
Jisho and Neon
Jisho, Neon, and Raiha all swore to be protect Kurei even if it costs them their lives. They sealed this vow in a "blood contract" by writing their names in blood on a sheet of paper, which Raiha kept with him. Apart from the common ground they found in their desire to serve and protect Kurei, these three have fostered strong bonds of friendship with each other (though Jisho was rarely ever shown interacting with Raiha).
Fuuko Kirisawa
Raiha is shown to care for Fuuko very much, even cheering for her when she was about to fight Mikoto in the Ura Butou Satsujin even though the latter is a fellow member of the Jyuushinshu. Raiha is initially shown to be attracted to Fuuko because of their madougu being "destined" to do battle, but as the series progresses, it is shown that he is also attracted to her because of his own feelings for her. He takes a liking to her calling him her "prince" when he first rescued her, and constantly refers to himself as her prince ever since. Fuuko also acknowleges this special role Raiha plays in her life, and this is made more obvious by Fuuko's statement during their battle: "The prince who always comes to save me won't be coming."
Speaking of the battle between Fuuko and Raiha, he himself admits that the battle was the "most heartbreaking" he had ever experienced. When Neon asked him if the battle was difficult and if he wished to run away, Raiha responded with "I didn't run away" with a pained smile on his face.
